So why not, we thought, create a web site which adopts that very same spirit? One that is welcoming. One that is happy to pop its head around the flap of an awning and say 'hello'. One that offers and helping hand when needed.

Tips and advice

What many caravanners want when they are searching the internet is information. Whether they are looking for an awning or a caravan site, they want to know if a particular one is any good or whether it should be avoided.

And what about the things you don't get told about when you collect your caravan? While caravans come with manuals, caravanning doesn't.

Think of all the times you were going to do something for the first time but didn't really know where to start. There are other caravanners out there in the same situation looking for words of wisdom from those who have been there before.

So what can you do? Well, Caravan Talk gives you the ability to publish your helpful tips, advice, pictures or video footage on our site. We can give you infamy or obscurity - it's your choice - but rest assured others will appreciate your help!
